Anson and Chris were joined by their good friend Mark. They felt the need to shed some light on something that they are all experts at; customer service. They really wanted to champion for the unsung heroes of the service industry, because it is something nearly all of us encounter on a daily basis. Let’s face it, it’s not that easy these days to go without some kind of customer service interaction, and they wanted to talk about how these experiences shape our lives in the short, and long term. They talked about their experiences on both ends of the transaction, and how technology is changing the landscapes of many of the most common customer service exchanges. Lets get one thing straight, the customer is NOT always right, but we would like to encourage everyone to strive to make their service interactions ones where both parties come out on top. We’re all a part of the customer service ecosystem.
